Deer

For years I've been thinking about deer cavalry and yet never finishing any picture of humanoids with deer.

Some might say it's a downgrade from the azhdarchid (from one of the older pictures of him) but he had to return it to its owner at some point.

He was inspecting the animal on the ground but something made him look up. Oh and the statue in the background (I imagine a famous explorer of his time) has a built-in mechanism that displays a holographic map of the galaxy if activated. I like to put in suspiciously well-preserved structures in forests, okay.

I also wanted to try out some opalescent/iridescent effects on the pupils and skin surface.
